I went through the youtube link which you shared. It's too good. It will save users time a lot and will make the work easier.
Coming to the crash, I tried to reproduce the crash on Win and Mac with both the files (P1000432B2.jpg and 12120016.jpg) but couldn't reproduce. I will ask my manager how can I help you either through remote debugging or is there any other way. If you find any clue or anything which can help me to reproduce the issue it will be great.
