How can I create a metadata template out of a XSD (XML Schema Definition) file?

I have an XSD (XML Schema Definition) file (metadata for works of art) and would like to use it as a metadata template in Adobe Bridge and Photoshop. Is that possible?

This would be the XSD file: LIDO XSD
