CC 2017 (except for Bridge) uses the FileInfo SDK found here. XMP Metadata UI SDK CC 2014. As stated on the page, this SDK applies to CC 2014 and later, and CC 2017 is included in "later."

Bridge CC 2017 uses the CS6/CC FileInfo SDK, as stated in earlier posts. It is necessary to make two sets of panels: one for FileInfo (and therefore all of the CC apps that use FileInfo with the exception of Bridge), and one for Bridge.

Know that we are working hard to consolidate how Bridge and the other CC apps handle FileInfo, and relief is on the way! I encourage you to apply to the Bridge Prerelease program at the Adobe Prerelease site.
